Priced per ounce
Although not true peppercorns, these pink fruits have a slightly spicy, tart, sweet and somewhat fruity flavor and are most often used as an exotic peppercorn substitute.
They can also be used to flavor syrups, beverages, confections and in tea blends.
Consumption should not exceed small amounts for use as a spice. People sensitive to plants in the Anacardiaceae family should avoid pink peppercorn.
If ordering multiple ounces, we will package in a single bag unless otherwise requested. Packaged in paper bags lined with plant based compostable PLA.
