Organic garlic transformed into sweet, dark, rich cloves that are slightly jelly in consistency that are capable of adding a serious punch of umami to any dish. 

If ordering multiple, we will package in a single bag unless otherwise requested. Packaged in paper bags lined with plant based compostable PLA.

One of our favorite ways to use it :

Black Garlic Butter


An entire head of black garlic

8 ounces salted butter


Let the butter soften and come completely to room temperature. Gently remove the cloves from their peel (trying adding peel to soup stocks) and place the peeled garlic in the bowl of your food processor. Cut the butter into quarters, add it to the food processor, and blend until the two are completely combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. You can also mash together with a fork on a plate for a “chunkier” spread. Spread it on bread, fry eggs or anything else in it, and definitely toss it with hot pasta for the most refined buttered noodles. Keep refrigerated.
